We think our family down in South Canterbury grow some rather fine linseed*, so we rolled some in with our Original mixture and the result is a nuttier flavour with a bit more crunch.

Try Canterbury Linseed oatcakes with a good chutney or thick wedge of creamy blue cheese. The double cream Saint Agur makes for a perfectly spreadable match.
